1963
7.30pm, 11.30pm. Concert at the New Brighton Tower, Liverpool, with Gerry and the Pacemakers, plus 5 support groups.
1964
Melbourne, Australia. Ringo re-joins the Beatles. 5-Beatle press conference.
1965
US LP release: 'Beatles VI'.
Studio 2. 2.30-5.30pm. Recording: 'I've Just Seen A Face' (takes 1-6); 'I'm Down' (takes 1-7). Studio 2. 7.00-10.00pm. Recording: 'Yesterday' (takes 1-2). Producer: George Martin; Engineer: Norman Smith; 2nd Engineer: Phil McDonald.
During 'I'm Down' sessions Paul frequently repeats 'Plastic soul, man, plastic soul', revealing it as a negro musicians' sentence to refer to Mick Jagger.
1st use of a string quartet ('Yesterday').
It is announced that plans to film 'A Talent For Loving' have been dropped.
1966
Studio 2. 7.00pm-2.00am. Recording: 'Here, There And Everywhere' (takes 1-4). Producer: George Martin; Engineer: Geoff Emerick; 2nd Engineer: Phil McDonald.

Recording session, cancelled due to Ringo and George's abscence.
1969
'Yellow Submarine' LP, 22nd week in the Top 200 (Billboard). 'Get Back' number 1, 4th week; 6th week in the Top 30 (Billboard).
John and Yoko appear on the 'David Frost Show'.
