Beatles, Paul Is Dead, Halloween


1963

Heathrow Airport, London. The Beatles return to England from Sweden. When they arrive, they coincide at the airport with the Prime Minister, Miss Universe and Ed Sullivan.

1964
'A Hard Day's Night' LP number 1, 15th week (UK Record Retailer chart).

18.00, 20.30. Concerts at the Gaumont Theatre, Ipswich.

1966
Studio 1 (control room only). 2.30-4.30pm. Stereo mixing: 'Paperback Writer' (remixes 1-3, from take 2). Producer: George Martin; Engineer: Geoff Emerick; 2nd Engineer: Phil McDonald.
1st session of stereo mixes of themes never mixed for stereo, for 'A Collection Of Oldies'.

1968
Linda and Heather move to England to live at Paul's house.

1969
UK single release: 'Something'/'Come Together'.
1st release in the UK of a single from an already released LP.
